Yesterday I posted a long list of the lovely foods that make up a typical week in this vegan‘s diet. Today I thought I’d show how they turn into lovely meals.
- Tofu with greens
- Jerk tempeh
- Vegetable curry
- Cheeseless Pizza
- Other lovely stuff in the spice rack
Snacks Malt loaf, oat biscuits, fruit, nuts, crisps, twiglets, more fruit (when in doubt – fruit), homemade biscuits and buns.
Going vegan is much easier than people would have you believe and the range of food greater. If you are not already, give it a go. 30 days and I’d bet you won’t go back 🙂
